Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times reflect the transit period after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Typical delivery estimates by region:

Please note that during high-volume periods, holidays, or international shipments, carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are outside of our control. International orders may also be subject to customs processing, which can extend delivery times.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once the order has entered processing.

Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is and strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

In some cases, delays may also occur due to product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

While SLATE cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always do our best to keep you informed and assist you throughout the process.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information to investigate the issue. We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated when possible.

Please note that SLATE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and such cases fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

If a package cannot be located, the courier may recommend filing a police report.
